I’m a Recovery Coach and Sober Companion, offering compassionate one-to-one support as you navigate recovery, emotional regulation, and self-worth.

Something in your life may feel heavy or unsustainable, and you might be longing for change that feels steady, genuine, and real. I’m here to support you in reconnecting to yourself, helping you feel safer in your own skin as you begin to build a stronger internal foundation to grow from.

I created this space because I truly know what it’s like to hit rock bottom to feel lost, disconnected, and hopeless. I also know the importance of having someone beside you during that time. In our work together, I walk alongside you as a guide within a loving container of ethical values and consent.

I bring a range of practices and tools, because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all we are all unique. Each session is adapted to what you need in the moment. i.’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.

I crafted this program as an immersive journey of self-discovery if you feel stuck in emotional patterns and unsure why certain coping behaviours keep repeating.

Healing Your Hunger supports you to understand what’s really driving those patterns, exploring self-worth, unmet needs, and what brings you joy, so you can begin responding to yourself with awareness, compassion, and build sustainable habits that nourish both your body and soul

We might talk about emotions and patterns, but my approach is more focused on actionable steps and forward movement. If deeper mental health concerns come up that are better suited to therapy, I’ll be happy to help you find a licensed therapist for additional support. My goal is to help you thrive in whatever way is best for you.

    At the same time, I’ve found from both my personal experience as a client and my work with others that making an investment in yourself often leads to a deeper commitment. When we consciously put time and resources into our own growth, we tend to honor that commitment on a much deeper level. It’s a powerful signal to ourselves that we’re worth the effort. My priority is your well-being, and together, we’ll find a solution that respects your needs and supports your goals.

  • Finding the right person to support you is so important, and it’s perfectly okay to take time to explore your options. In our initial session, you’ll have a chance to experience my approach in a safe and confidential manner, its an oppotunity to ask any questions you may have.     I’ve walked this path myself, so I understand the struggles with emotional eating, self-worth, and the effects of trauma. My goal is to walk alongside you, providing tools, guidance, and empathy every step of the way.     Our aim is to provide a nurturing environment where you can explore and develop a deeper connection with yourself, whether through coaching, trauma therapy, Reiki, Kundalini yoga, emotional eating support, or our structured programs.

    Service Description

    Healing Your Hunger offers a range of holistic services, including but not limited to:

    1:1 Coaching & Trauma Therapy – Personalised sessions to explore emotional blocks and support healing.

    Healing Your Hunger Program – A structured approach to transforming your relationship with food.

    Reiki & Energy Healing – Supporting emotional, energetic, and spiritual balance.

    Kundalini Yoga – A practice for nervous system regulation and deep inner healing.

    Each service combines education, self-exploration, and practical tools to facilitate lasting transformation.

    Participant Commitment

    To get the most from these services, participants are encouraged to:

    Engage fully with the sessions, materials, and practices provided.

    Attend scheduled sessions and respect the time commitment.

    Communicate any difficulties or concerns with the facilitator as soon as possible.

    Respect the confidentiality and personal experiences of others (where applicable).

    Facilitator Qualifications

    These services are facilitated by Siobhan Walsh, a certified professional in Trauma & Embodiment, ABA, Reiki, and Kundalini Yoga. She is an experienced holistic practitioner with an 800-hour Yoga Alliance certification, including Trauma, Kundalini, and Yoga Teacher Training. Please note that while this work is deeply transformative, the facilitator is not a medical doctor.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1:1 Sessions: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

    Programs & Courses: Refunds are available only if cancelled 7+ days before the start date. No refunds after that time.

    Digital Products: All purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
