Healing Your Hunger 6 Week Program
I have created this 6 week program to help you better understand your relationship with food, and your emotions and behaviours around nutrition. By the end of the program, you will be ready to step out of the cycle of emotional eating and find a meaningful, healthy balance in your daily life. Healing is a timeless process, for it’s the journey through life, shedding old versions of who we have been told to be and climbing mountains to find who we truly are.
